Description:

MMTS was contacted by Coeur Rochester in 2013. An evaluation of the operation was conducted and a thorough review of the existing mine plan, schedule and equipment fleet was performed. MMTS was able to develop an alternate mid and long range plan, adjust the major loading and hauling strategy, and implementation of the plan has added significant value and returns to Couer. In addition, an analysis and plan was developed by MMTS to assist the Rochester operation to change over from higher cost MARC programs and implement expanded in-house maintenance
programs.
